GRAFE Advanced Polymers GmbH is involved in different schools in the region and has created the GRAFE High School Graduate Prize for Science. In sports, the GRAFE brothers provide sponsoring for the tennis player Anne Schäfer from Apolda. Further donation activities provide support to the Citizens: Foundation Blankenhain and the Life Assistance Foundation Egendorf.

GRAFE is involved in the cultural field as a member of the Castle Association Blankenhain and as a sponsor of the Weimar Painting and Drawing School. Furthermore, GRAFE is also involved in creating more industry jobs through its cooperation with Polymermat e.V., the skills network for the plastics industry.
