Individual color master batches
GRAFE Color Batch produces in accordance with customer-specific requirements. Especially for the automotive industry, we provide design assistance: All production processes of our customers are simulated in advance. We orient ourselves according to:
- The customers individual color samples
- Color measurements of the CIE L*a*b* color space
- International color standards, such as RAL, HKS, Pantone, NCS, etc.
- For all technically relevant thermoplastics, including filled and reinforced types
For the requirements of the textile industry, GRAFE Color Batch offers master batches for melt-spun fibers made of the following polymers:
- Polyolefin
- Polyester
- Polyamide
Our fiber laboratory is equipped to provide state-of-the-art colorimetric, analytical, and material testing. Furthermore, we have our own laboratory spin stand and a separate texturisng unit.
